Unique Identifier Code

TL Experience/ Learning

In 2013, TL introduced the Unique Identifier Code so that we could track our contact with individuals over time, rather than just measure the number of times we delivered a service.

There were some particular challenges in PNG in determining a code that would be unique to an individual. The main one was that people did not always know their birth date.

Code questions:

What is your first name? (first two letters)

Are you left or right handed?(L or R)

What is your District of birth? (first two letters)

What is you gender? (M or F)

What is your last name? (First two letters)
