Consulted our key population networks: TL understood that in PNG context, recognition and remuneration were very important.  In 2011 TL conduct a review of volunteer models and consulted with key populations – this resulted in the Price of Wok Sol’ Report. Report recommendations guided many of our strategies to increase key populations including:
