Discussion guides

TL developed a series of Discussion Guides for use with clients at site level. These included:

• Alcohol Harm Reduction

• Reducing the risk of HIV transmission around Election time

• Gender-based violence

• HIV and the law

These were used by Field Officers and volunteers when they met with people from key populations on outreach – they structured these into information and discussion sessions, delivering them gradually over time and building up the knowledge and skills of people from key populations.

The HIV and the Law discussion guide formed the basis of two one-day trainings delivered at site – the first day for key populations members and the second day delivered to police.

TL also worked with the national MSM group Kapul Champions to deliver a five-day workshop on HIV and the law.

In its work to support PLHIV, TL produced a diary and clinical monitoring record for PLHIV that included basic treatments information
